We PREFER to ship most fish via Air Cargo since the handling is less and is much easier on the fish, etc. We are always working to improve the number of carriers available for air cargo. We currently have South West Air Cargo, however within a few weeks we will have Northwest and Delta as well.

When you check out you will see a pull down option for various areas of the United Staes for SW Air Cargo as well as UPS-"first delivery", UPS-"Next Day Air" and UPS-"Next Day Air Saver". If those choices are not suitable, please contact me via email christina@piece-of-the-reef.com or cell (813 789 5294) and we can work on other options.

We MUST be contacted via email within 1 hour of delivery/pickup from airport or we will NOT honor the DOA guarantee.

We try to keep the website updated EVERY day, however since the importers stock changes by the hour, there are occasions where your order can not be filled at that time.  Should this happen to you, we can refund your payment or hold your payment for a period of 72 hours & provide you with a 10% OFF coupon.
